CEA-R05 model constant stirring stirred-tank reactor liquid phase reaction dynamics apparatus apply to various schools equipped with chemistry, practical chemistry, chemical engineering and light industry majors, used for teaching experiment of elementary chemical engineering and chemical reaction engineering circular, also used for laboratory research and development.
The instrument is newly research and developed apparatus for teaching experiment and scientific research. It is made up of reactor, metering pump, preheater, stirring tachometric survey and control instrument, digital conductivity meter, temperature measurement and director etc. The reactor body adopt hard glass and stainless steel composite structure, and it is online with microcomputer. Experimental data collected and processed by the computer. The apparatus has characteristics of reasonably structured, advanced technology, attractive and durable and stable performance and reliable etc.
Main experiment content:
Under full mixed flow condition, using continuum flow method experimental measuring kinetic parameter of ethyl acetate saponification (reaction rate constant and apparent activation energy)
The instrument only need change relevant quality test and temperature control apparatus, and apply to various kinds of liquid phase reaction kinetic study, and laboratory investigation for new product development.
