Zhuozhou Tianpeng was founded in 2006. To better respond to our customers' needs, we later established Zhuozhou Tianpeng Instrument Manufacturing Co., Ltd. As a dedicated manufacturing entity, building ourselves into an integrated group covering design, production, and sales. Our Hong Kong subsidiary, C-TECH HK, serves as an OEM/ODM partner for worldfamous European geotechnical instrument brands, producing a full range of testing equipment for concrete, cement, soil, asphalt, aggregates, highway testing, and nondestructive testing.

As our design and R&D capabilities continued to strengthen, we launched our own brands. In 2008, we introduced the trademarks C-TECH and VJ-TECH to enter the global market. Today, both brands are widely recognized and well-respected across the industry, establishing us as an influential player in the international geotechnical testing instrument sector.

We currently have a team of 40 employees, including 12 dedicated to international sales and 15 engineers specializing in mechanical, electrical, and software design. This has made us one of the most capable manufacturers in China's geotechnical testing industry. After 20 years of consistent development, our branded products are now used in laboratories throughout most of Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia.

Our company is based in Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province - only 48 km southwest of Beijing Daxing Airport and 62 km from downtown Beijing - providing convenient access for global partners and visitors. We operate a 2, 500 m² production workshop, a 1, 000 m² finished goods warehouse, and a 500 m² exhibition hall displaying more than 400 instruments for on site inspection and selection.    

In 2024, we established a specialized after sales and training team to deliver on site training and technical support for customers and distributors. In China's geotechnical instrument export industry, we are at the forefront in standardizing after sales services and providing professional on site training.

We hold ISO 9001 certification, SGS certification, and 7 national technical patents. Most of our instruments carry CE marking and fully comply with ASTM, EN, BS, ISO, and AASHTO standards. Our core products are showcased on Made-in-China,  and other major international B2B platforms.

In recent years, we have regularly exhibited at world renowned trade shows including BIG5, CTT EXPO, ARAB LAB, and BAUMA. Our products are also selected by many CNAS accredited laboratories around the world.

Over the past 20 years, we have served more than 2, 100 customers worldwide and supplied nearly 1, 600 types of testing instruments to university construction material laboratories in over 140 countries, more than 60 civil airports, 12 high speed rail lines, and numerous hydropower, infrastructure, and highway testing projects.

With a global network of 400 distributors, we offer cost effective solutions to the precast concrete, asphalt mixing, construction, and engineering testing industries - at more competitive prices than European brands. Our distributors provide responsive pre-sales technical support and reliable long term after sales service across regions.
