    WDW-50/100 microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine adopts AC servo system with high speed regulation and stable performance and AC servo motor as the drive system, computer data acquisition and processing, and can realize closed-loop control and automatic detection of high-precision material testing equipment. The test host (including the frame, base, transmission system), fixture, deformation measurement system, software system, electrical system, the maximum test force is 100kN.
    WDW-50/100 microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine is a versatile product, which can meet the national standard test of metal and non-metal mechanical performance test, and can also realize different materials or products according to other standards. Stretching, compression, bending, shearing and other types of tests can obtain tensile strength, yield strength, specified non-proportional extension strength, elastic modulus and other performance indicators of the measured materials, and can achieve equal rate loading, etc. Closed-loop control such as rate deformation, equal-rate displacement, and iso-rate strain can be used to verify the process qualification of materials or products.
    The testing machine is a double-screw door type and double-space structure. There is a stretching space between the upper beam and the lower beam, and a compression space between the lower beam and the test bench. The test space is driven by the servo motor to drive the lower beam up and down through the transmission system. To adjust automatically. The upper and lower beams are equipped with clamping jaws. The standard models are equipped with V-shaped and flat-type jaws for clamping the cylindrical specimen and the flat specimen for tensile test; the lower end of the lower beam of the standard model is equipped with an upper pressure plate.
