CEA-R03 model padding tubular reactor liquid RTD apparatus is a sort of liquid-phase reactor of fixed bed of padding solid particle in the reaction pipe. It is apply to various schools equipped with chemistry, practical chemistry, chemical engineering and light industry majors, and used for teaching experiment of elementary chemical engineering and chemical reaction engineering curricular.
The instruments is newly designed experimental apparatus. It is made up of padding tubular reactor, fluid delivery and regulating system, and mathematics conductivity detecting system. The apparatus adopt pulse motivate-response technology, measuring liquid RTD through the apparatus. Conductivity detection outgoing signal input microcomputer via connector, and collect and process the experiment data by the computer directly.
