Automatic Asphalt Bitumen Specimen Cutting Machine

This automatic test specimen cutting machine is used to cut standard asphalt mixture cylinder (Φ100~Φ155), 300*300 plate type test specimen into other sizes required for asphalt mixture mechanical test, with high precision and automation operation, safe and reliable characteristics. Other clamping accessories can also be installed according to user needs for cutting terrazzo, natural stone, concrete products, ceramics, refractory bricks and other non-metallic materials and pipes. The instrument uses specially developed intelligent control equipment and software, which can automatically complete the cutting of cylindrical and plate-shaped specimens of specified width. The feeding of the specimens is controlled by a stepper motor, which has high precision and simple and easy human-computer interaction.
