Double-Pipe Heat Exchanger Liquid-Liquid Heat Exchange Experimental Apparatus
CEA-H01 model double-pipe heat exchanger liquid- liquid heat exchange experimental kits apply to lab teaching in various schools which offer chemistry, practical chemistry, chemical engineering and light industry majors etc.
The instrument is newly designed experiment facility for chemical engineering. It has characteristics of box-type integral structure, beautiful and light, reliable performance, install and use conveniently. It is suitable for students grouping experiment. In view of characteristics of school use, the hot water circulating pump of the apparatus adopts fully enclosed magnetic drive device, to ensure the stainless and tightness, and flexibly start at any time. Circulating water channel is equipped with controlled silicon constant temperature control system, with high temperature-control precision and reliable performance.
Experiment main contents:
1. measuring liquid-liquid total heat transfer coefficient of heat exchange process;
2. measuring film coefficient of heat transfer of the mandatory turbulence liquid in the horizontal circular tube.
3. Based of the experimental data, statistical estimating parameter of the film coefficient of heat transfer empirical correlation.
