Double-Pipe Heat Exchanger Air-Steam Heat Exchange Apparatus
The CEA-H03 model double-pipe heat exchanger gas-steam heat exchanger apparatus apply to chemical laboratory teaching of experiment. It is suited to various schools equipped with chemistry, practical chemistry, chemical and light industry majors.
The apparatus is newly designed minitype chemical engineering experimental facility. It has characteristics include box-type massive structure, light and beautiful, reliable performance and easy to use, suitable for students grouping experiment.
On the basis of school use features, the apparatus adopts minitype electric steam generator, and equipped with automatic constant pressure control system and violent boiling prevent facilities. It has advantages of pressure stability, easy and simply to handle and safe and reliable. The inner pipe of the double-pipe heat exchanger is copper pipe, and the outer pipe is glass pipe, so it is light structure and intuitive. Air and steam temperature and heat exchange wall temperature measurement adopt copper-constantan thermocouple, to assure high accuracy and displayed by digital voltmeter.
Experiment main content:
- Measuring total heat transfer coefficient of air and vapour heat exchange in the double-pipe heat exchanger.
- Measuring film coefficient of heat transfer when the air is mandatory turbulence in the horizontal circular tube.
- Establish film coefficient of heat transfer empirical correlation base of experimental data.
