XS2019-8 Computer-controlled Vicat needle apparatus
This apparatus is an automatic testing equipment for determination of the setting time of cement. It has 8 measuring points, automatically tests the cement setting by imitating manual testing, and automatically prints experimental data and measurement results without manual intervention during the testing process. It can completely replace the manual test process and the functions of constant temperature and humidity chamber. After 240 sets of automatic and manual synchronization time comparison tests, the relative error rate of the XS2019- 8 is less than 1%, which proves that its test accuracy and reliability. The initial setting and final setting test depth error is ±0.05mm, and the measurement hole spacing error is ±0.1mm. The identification error of the cement slurry surface is less than 0.05mm (not affected by the smoothness of the cement slurry surface). Replacing new samples at any position during the test will not affect the normal testing of other samples. The operators can check and query the current test status on the screen.
