Fully automatic triaxial tester is an advanced indoor geotechnical test instrument, which is mainly used in the laboratory to accurately and automatically test the soil permeability, shear strength, deformation characteristics and stress-strain relationship. It can complete reverse pressure saturation, isostatic consolidation, bias consolidation, K0 consolidation, standard triaxial shear (UU, CU, CD), triaxial rheology and triaxial infiltration including pore water pressure coefficient B value detection test.
The vertical loading of the system adopts a multi-functional load frame, and the loading range is 30kN~100kN. It has its own LCD touch screen and supports manual and PC-side automatic operation; the confining pressure and back pressure control adopt advanced automatic pressure/volume controller, Range 2MPa~3MPa optional, LCD touch screen operation, manual automatic selection; various specifications of pressure chamber optional, support sample diameter 38mm~150mm.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
1. Saturation and consolidation
It can perform confining pressure and reverse pressure gradient and linearly applied automatic reverse pressure saturation test (including pore water pressure coefficient B value detection), and can perform isobaric, bias pressure, and K0 consolidation.
2. Standard triaxial shearing
Standard triaxial shear (UU, CU, CD) test can get the stress-strain curve relationship in the whole process of shear failure.
3. Triaxial penetration test
The osmotic pressure was measured under different loading conditions, and the mechanical-hydraulic properties of the soil were tested.
