Continous Stirred Tank Reactor Liquid RTD(Residence Time Distribution) Apparatus
CEA-R04 model stirred-tank reactor liquid RTD apparatus apply to various schools which offer chemistry, practical chemistry, chemical engineering and light industry majors, used for teaching experiment of elementary chemical engineering and chemical reaction engineering. After years of research and improvement, the instrument is newly designed experimental apparatus. It is made up of three stirred tank reactors in series, and adopt microcomputer on-line operation. The reactor main body adopt transparency construction, which is good for students observing stirred tank condition, to achieve good teaching aims. The instrument has characteristics including rational construction, attractive and durable, and stable performance.

Observing and learning constant stirring stirred tank reactor construction, flow and operation condition.
Take advantage of pulse motivate-response technology to measure liquid RTD through single stage stirred-tank reactor and second level and three level stirred tank reactor connection in series.
Determine operating conditions of reactor reaching ideal flow or model parameter under nonideal flow conditions.
