Asphalt Rolling Thin Film Test Oven (RTFOT Oven)

 

The Asphalt Rolling Thin Film Oven XH-85A, provided by Zhuozhou Tianpeng Imp. & Exp. Trade Co., Ltd., is designed to determine the mass loss of highway asphalt rolling thin film after heating. It evaluates the change in penetration, viscosity, ductility, and breaking point of the asphalt residue post-heating to estimate the aging performance of bitumen. The oven consists of an electric control component, working oven, fan stirring motor, and turn plate rotating mechanism. It can accommodate eight shrinking bottles simultaneously on the turn plate, with temperature automatically controlled by a digital temperature controller.
