150MM Steel Concrete Test Cube Mould
Test procedures require that specimens are cast in a number of standard sizes convenient for compressive and flexural strength determination. The engineering tolerances specified for moulds are very stringent and the internal finish of the surface must be of a high order to comply with the recommendations laid down in many International standards. Moulds must not deform during manufacture of concrete specimens if the specimen dimensions are to be maintained.
Making Concrete Specimens
We provide wide range of high quality concrete specimens mould such as cube, cylinder & beam with difference kind of size. Mould material such as HEAVY DUTY ABS PLASTIC, HIGH DENSITY PLASTIC, CAST IRON & MILD STEEL are available.
Specifications : These are available in different sizes and are made according to British Standards. For the metric size cube moulds, the faces are machined flat to +/-0.02mm accuracy and finished to within 0.02mm. For the inch size moulds, the faces are machined flat to +/-0.01 inches and finished to within 0.01 in. All moulds are supplied complete with base plate.
