Triaxial Testing System

 

The triaxial testing system by Zhuozhou Tianpeng Imp. & Exp. Trade Co., Ltd. features a multi-functional load frame with a loading range of 30kN to 100kN. The system includes an LCD touch screen for easy operation, supporting both manual and PC-side automatic control. Advanced automatic pressure/volume controllers allow for precise confining pressure and back pressure control, with a range of 2MPa to 3MPa. Various pressure chamber specifications are available, accommodating sample diameters from 38mm to 150mm.

 

Main Functions:

 

1. Saturation and consolidation: Perform confining pressure, reverse pressure gradient, automatic reverse pressure saturation test, and more.


2. Standard triaxial shearing: Conduct UU, CU, CD tests to analyze stress-strain curves during shear failure.


3. Triaxial penetration test: Measure osmotic pressure under different loading conditions to assess soil properties.
